Taking a moment to breathe, getting lost in your thoughts, really being aware of where you are right now – All ways to practice being present. But why should you try it?
It’s hard when life is so busy and “go go go” to pause for a moment and really take in what and how you’re feeling. Practicing this can help you to notice other aspects of your life you may want to change, so I thought we should put it to the test.
