Episode #8 – Getting Organised 

Realising you missed an appointment/exam/hot date because you didn’t write it down. AKA, The worst feeling in the world. 

Being organised is so much more than just knowing what’s coming up for you, and it plays a massive part in how stressed (and therefore anxious) we may feel. So I put it to the test, and also challenged my work friends to do the same.
