Is Martial Arts more than just fighting?

Episode #2 – Physical Activity

So I’ve heard that Martial Arts is really good for the mind, body and soul. Mr Miyagi vouches for it, after all! But it’s not something I’ve ever looked into. To be honest, I’ve always thought it’s best suited to the kinds of people looking to get some anger out.

Low and behold, I was proven wrong. I had a one-on-one training session with Carl (10 x world champion and international coach) at Van Roon Martial Arts, to learn a few Taekwon-Do techniques.

In this video, check out the struggles I have during this session and find out my thoughts on taking up Physical Activity to help with your wellbeing.
