We did stuff for other people and it made us feel good

Episode #4 – Kindness

Spreading kindness. Offering a helping hand. Simple acts of kindness. It’s supposed to make us feel good, right? Yip! So we tested it out.

Cam (from ZM) and I put a call out to see who needed a hand or wanted something from us, and the responses came flooding in. Everyone was after a bit of company, it seems, some also wanted food and others wanted something good done on behalf of them. All the feels!

From there, we went out and sprinkled that kindness around like confetti. It made us feel good, but how good you ask? Watch the video to find out…

Think your cat understands you on a deep, emotional level? You might just be right.

Episode #4

Some people think cats are just balls of fluff that lie around all day waiting for food. But we know the truth, don’t we?

Turns out, there’s science behind our obsession. Cuddling animals is actually good for your mental health. It increases serotonin and dopamine, making you feel calm and relaxed.

Want proof? Luckily, I took a cuddle-test on your behalf at SPCA Auckland (you can thank me later). It’s a tough job, but somebody’s got to do it.
