Episode #10 – Yoga
How have we not tested this out before?! Yoga is said to be amazing for your mental wellbeing. Why? Because you’re exercising, meditating, and being present all in one. You’re also able to build connection with yourself and those around you, so it’s great if you’re looking for a community to join.
So with this all in mind, we chucked on our active wear and headed out to Bikes and Bends lunchtime yoga in the city.
Of course we could not do it alone, so we called on Nickson Clark (Mai FM) to join us. So is yoga great for my mental wellbeing? Watch the video above to find out!
